One of New Zealand’s leading sports fashion retail stores is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join our team in this fast paced high end sports fashion door.
Stirling Sports is host to the worlds most loved and on trend brands. You’ll find a curated selection of contemporary brands as well as the revival of classics.
We are on the lookout for a Sales Assistant at our Nelson and Richmond branch’s who’s values align, is driven to be the best and wants to develop professionally and personally.

The role & responsibilities:
Provide pro-active customer service in store with premium product
Working as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
Processing large volumes of stock
Picking and packing online sales
Assisting in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping, VM & cleaning required
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Your positive CAN-DO attitude at all times
A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible
Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
The ability to work well within a fast paced and energetic team environment
Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets & KPIs
Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
