Free knitting pattern for a mask on the website: Cruellas Natural Fibre Boutique
Hello knitters – sorry I can’t post out wool during level 4 lockdown, but as soon as I am allowed to I will be sending out your orders. In the meantime I have just posted a free knitting pattern for a mask on the website. Here’s where you can find it…
Knitted Face Mask Pattern – 4ply
Knit yourself a face mask. This pattern has been designed to use 4ply yarn, merino or sock yarn is recommended – merino feels the softest against your face so I recommend using that for the liner. It requires 50g or less of yarn, a 2.5mm knitting needles and a 2.5 or 3.0mm crochet hook (to make the ear loops). This is knitted as a two layer mask using short row shaping to create a curved and comfortable fit, there is a slot on each side so you could insert a filter if you wanted to.
