How’s your Sunday reset? Today is a great day to get everything in order for another productive, healthy week. Add this recipe into your day to make yummy, healthy snacks for when you’re feeling peckish – before you help yourself to the rest of your pantry!

5 ingredients – 5 steps:

150g desiccated coconut
3⁄4 glass coconut milk or cream
1 tsp Lifestream Organic Spirulina Boost powder
3 tbsp desired sweetener
250g organic dark chocolate

1️⃣ Blend all the ingredients together (apart from the chocolate) until well combined.
2️⃣ Roll into balls, lay onto baking paper, and put into the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Melt chocolate on the stove or microwave, then dip each ball into the chocolate.
4️⃣ Cool for another 30 minutes in the fridge.
5️⃣ Enjoy!
