LEVEL 2 BABY! What are you and your pets most looking forward to doing in Level 2??
We are delighted that in L2 we can welcome clients into the building and provide all our usual services. Although there are currently no Covid 19 cases reported in the South Island we want to play our part
in minimising the risk to us all:
?Masks must be worn inside our building. If you do not have a mask we can provide one. Hand sanitiser is positioned at our entrance for you to use before entry.
?Our staff will be regularly disinfecting public areas and in particular door handles, seating, reception counters and EFTPOS terminals.
?Covid19 virus can be carried on your pet’s coat. Please wipe your pet down with Mediwipes or similar before bringing in.
?We have set up a separate consultation room with its own entrance to the left of the main entrance. This will be used specifically for all consultations where there is an increased risk of Covid19 exposure. It has its own completely separate ventilation system.
?If you are self-isolating because of recent travel or potential exposure to Covid 19 and your pet needs veterinary attention PLEASE let us know when you call to make an appointment.
?If you or someone in your household has symptoms of illness that could be Covid 19 we can still see your pet if it needs attention but please let us know when you book.
?If you are trying to minimise your contacts and don’t want to come into the practice for food or medicines just phone us. We have payment, collection or delivery options. You can also access our online store through our website. It carries a very wide range of pet supplies.
