Our newest (and youngest) team member, Cole is straight on to tackling the big jobs with full confidence. He has been doing it from his teen years, for over 5 years. Cole is already adding great value and promising to be an asset.
Exciting! Although the day of judgement has been postponed for the awards and we have some really heavy competition, we believe we have won already!
The actual application process for the Business Awards helped us analyse our business closely. We dug deeper, we questioned ourselves, found mistakes and solved issues. We were also humbled. Grateful for the team we have, the amazing clients and friends we have and what a marvellous region we live in! And, we are proud of our achievements!
I highly recommend that every business person, now and then take the time to get out of their daily chores of running a business and look at their business at a micro and macro-level. Acknowledge flaws, find solutions, take pride and grow!
