Bar Lead Role, Nelson
Permanent, full time position
Open weekdays 8am – 3.30 – shift times tbc
(note – some work at other locations available)
An exciting opportunity to work in Nelson’s only Slow Brew Coffee Bar! Surrounded by the wider team of Roasters, production and office staff, you will be at Sublime’s action hub! Your role is to host our customers and lead them through a coffee experience. Offering roastery tours, introducing people to Sublime’s unique coffee blends, showcasing slow brew methods and promoting coffee gear are some of the many components to the role. Get inspired by endless learning opportunities to progress beyond espresso coffee! If you enjoy sharing knowledge, boldly leading coffee discussions, and have a passion for yummy food and the customer experience then please express your interest. This is a real ‘geek out’ about coffee kind of space!
Brew Bar is an ongoing experiment – so we are open to your personal flair and we would love for you to really own this space and be a visibly inspired, forward thinking coffee lover who will lead the Brew Bar into the future.
