Covid Traffic Light system is changing our team
To our valued and much-loved clients,
This letter is unimaginably difficult for me to write – and to be honest, I’m still in a bit of shock that it’s even necessary – but with the imminent start of the Covid traffic light system we are having to bid a sad farewell to one of our team.
As of December 3rd, Hitomi will no longer meet the requirements to legally work as a stylist in a New Zealand hair salon. She is absolutely devastated to be leaving the career and clients she cares for so deeply, and hasn’t made her decision not to vaccinate lightly.
Hitomi’s calendar will be closed from 3rd December, making her last day at Renaissance Thursday 2nd December 2021. She’ll put in 110% to see as many of you as possible between now and then but, for those who miss out, the rest of the Renaissance team will be working extra hours to ensure your hair is looking gorgeous in time for Christmas.
We’ll be in touch over the coming days to discuss your upcoming appointment. However, if you don’t want to wait for our call, you can head to our online bookings and reschedule with myself, Vicki, Angie or Sophie now.
I am devastated to be losing this beautiful human who I love and trust. I wish I wasn’t. However, I hope you can join me in respecting this deeply personal decision Hitomi’s made, and send her off with nothing but the love and support she has earned through her years of dedication and service to us.
I will be in touch with another letter shortly to move into the new traffic light system system.
