Santa’s Grotto was visited by an extra special guest at the Elma Turner Library

Santa’s Grotto was visited by an extra special guest at the Elma Turner Library (Nelson Public Libraries Ngā Whare Mātauranga o Whakatū) on Saturday.
Doug was rescued by Pound Paws Rescue who are based in Oamaru but adopt dogs out to homes throughout the South Island. They don’t have kennels but instead have foster homes where the rescues go to while they prepare for their forever homes.
Doug is approximately 3 years old and is living his best life now with Marianne Castle and Mike Boyer in Nelson. He is a very much loved and valued family member.
