Thank you Salvi!
It is with a great deal of pride we wish Salvi the best for his next adventure as he leaves us on Saturday to head to Canterbury University to study Finance and Accounting.
Salvi first started making pizza at Club Italia about 12 years ago and has been the backbone of the team since we opened. Some may remember he stepped up to take full responsibility for the shop when I had my hip operation in July last year. This meant coming in during lunchtime and after school to prepare dough, and running the evening shifts for over 2 months.
Its been a wonderful journey shared together with his brother Vito.
If you would like to extend any farewell wishes to Salvi please comment below, or come into the shop Friday lunchtime where he will be running his last lunchtime shift. Salvi will be giving away tiramisu free to our lunchtime customers!
