Volunteer at Nelson Tasman Hospice

We have an exciting voluntary role opening, perfect for those that enjoy a project under their belts!
‘Trees of Remembrance’ is a national remembrance campaign at the end of the year. It gives you a moment to remember loved ones that can’t be with you at Christmas while supporting those in Hospice care during that time. Last year, this campaign raised $36,000 for Nelson Tasman Hospice which went towards such things as keeping our community nursing team available to those at home.
We are searching for a volunteer to help the team that manages the Trees of Remembrance campaign for December 2022! This role begins in June and includes coordination of Christmas Trees in the community, scheduling and supervising other volunteers.
Volunteering is a great way to meet people, be proactive in your community, or gain new skills for your CV. If you’re interested to know more, please send us a message!
