Working remotely for the next few months: Hoffman Natural Health

As some of you know, I am working remotely for the next few months, and I have to say it’s been pretty dreamy consulting in the morning and wandering ancient neighborhoods in the afternoon ? The blazing internet speed has made the video consults a breeze, and I am able to support patients in New Zealand and the US with functional testing, supplements and of course everything else I offer ? Exciting times!
?? Spain is one of my favorite places in Europe, and we could all learn a lot from the culture here, the frequent social contact and even just doing errands on foot are both important pieces of the health puzzle much of the world has left behing…not to mention the food -stay tuned for more on that ?
