The chemistry is high in monterpenes (85%), so its a great for the nervous, endocrine, circulation, digestive and immune system. Best use for physical ailments to be diluted in a carrier oil and massaged on the body. Smell directly from the bottle or use in a diffuser to help the nervous system.
