Proud to partner with Community Compost in Nelson: Sublime Coffee Roasters
At Sublime we try to take as many steps as we can towards sustainable business practices. We are proud to partner with Community Compost in Nelson. Each week they collect our food waste and compost it. To date they have diverted over 300 tonnes of food scraps from landfill into quality, living compost!
Now they are hoping to scale up and build Nelson’s first automated composting facility. This will enable Community Compost to triple their composting capacity and help eliminate food waste in Whakatū! They have built the automated machine (bEartha) but need help raising funds to build the supporting infrastructure.
