Commencing at 2pm with a ‘Meet The Artists’ session where you are invited to join artists Shaun Waugh and Craig McIntosh for an introduction to the exhibition and their work. This will be followed by refreshments at 3.30pm.

Join Anna Cahill Director of the MacDiarmid Arts Trust and Suter Director Julie Catchpole for an engaging art talk about Douglas MacDiarmid, his life and art, and the centenary.
On view in The Suter throughout November, The MacDiarmid Centenary Art Trail connects the public galleries and art entities throughout New Zealand, showing some or all of their MacDiarmid paintings in each location as a shared tribute around the 100th anniversary of Douglas’ birth in Taihape on 14 November 1922.
This is a non-ticketed event open to all.
