Beach Break Nelson – Happening This Waitangi Weekend
The mighty Shapeshifter launches a brand new summer festival series with a new must do 1 day festival for the South Island holiday makers and Nelson locals this coming February 5th, Waitangi Weekend 2023.
This will be the band’s exclusive South Island show this summer, supported by roots and rock fusion legends Kora and My Baby, as well as the next generation of Aotearoa reggae royalty Muroki.
This is a family friendly beach side affair, with a day and evening of 100% good vibes in the hot summer sun at Tahunanui reserve.

Important info:
Kids under 12 are FREE with a parent or a legal guardian. To redeem a free kids ticket you must first have a general admission ticket. There is a limit of 2 free kids per Adult ticket.
Under 18 $49 only! You must have valid ID at the gate that matches your name on the ticket. Age and name checks will be undertaken by security at the gate.
Over 18 is general admission and early birds start at $49, then $69, then $109.The earlier you buy the cheaper it is.
There will be a selection of refreshing alcoholic bar options in a licensed area for those over 18. Children will not be permitted in the bar service area, Drinks are required to be consumed in this safe and secure area and not in the music arena, you will still have a comfortable view of the stage. This is for the comfort of all patrons.
