We have two classes in studio next week for you to measure your progress??
✅3-PEAT: This is a cardio session where you will count your reps at each station to give you and score. We will be versing the Richmond & Nelson studios on the day too ? bring your A game!
✅Benchmark: This class will have you working up to a 10 rep max and tracking your weights used. This will help you when selecting your weights in classes & tracking your strength progress ??
We will complete both of these classes every 2 months, so you can continue to measure your success and progress with your training?
