We’re Dan and Emma, the founders of Sublime. It all started as a little dream in a villa on Haven Road in Nelson and 17 years later we’re still having fun and love working together to produce coffee for all to enjoy! We’re proud to be at the helm of Sublime with our team of expert operators focused on roasting, training and service and stellar baristas. It takes all of us working together to churn out tonnes of coffee each week to bring Sublime deliciousness to you. Cheers for your support over the years. Here’s to many more good coffee times!
