Launching a new morning Tai Chi class at Trafalgar Street Hall: Te Whare Ora-The Healing Hut

🍂In response to senior students 🧓👴and young parents’ 🤱needs, in June we launch a new morning Tai Chi ☯️class at Trafalgar Street Hall, overviewing beautiful Maitai River.🙏

In June we now have launch Tai Chi morning class-mainly for seniors, house mums and dads, in the beautiful Trafalgar Street Hall.
In these 8-week Tai Chi for Beginners Course, you will be guided safely to practice fundamental Tai Chi moves, which enhances your stability, mobility, balance, moods and energy level.
Tai Chi fundamental movements are functional movements substantially improving your quality of life. Many students in Term 1 class have gained substantial progress.
Group practice is a positive and effective way to build up a new habit and connect with other like-minded people. The connection and healing atmosphere in the class itself is of great benefits in enhancing our holistic wellbeing.
**Instructor **
Jingjing is from China. I learnt martial art when I was 11 years old and started my Tai Chi practice in mid-20s with my Sifu and a Taoist lay monk. Alongside my learning in China, I hold a number of international health and fitness qualifications obtained in UK and NZ.
Currently I teach Tai Chi & Qi Gong in community and retirement home village while I am studying Applied Psychology with UOA.
As a formal legal professional, I act for the best interest of my students and ensure students safe practice and optimum benefits.

By cash, online payment or bank transfer. Details will be sent to you once your enrollment is confirmed.
No experience is required. Experienced practitioners can gain great benefits from this class as well. These fundamental movements are fast-tracks to improve your Tai Chi practice.
