Event Registrations are now open: Feast Whakatu

Thanks for registering your interest to host an event at the inaugural Feast Whakatū. We’re excited to announce that event registrations are officially open!

We’ve included a brief run down of the key details below, but all the information can be found on the event host registration page on our website.

Key Dates

Registrations open: Monday 15th May

Registrations close: Friday 28th July

Ticket pre-release: Friday 25th August

Ticket full release: Friday 1st September

Programme launch: Friday 18th August

We will be using Eventotron, an event management platform, to register our Hosts, collect all the information we need for marketing and manage our box office.

You will be able to create your own account to manage sales and complimentary tickets, and receive your payout.

Step 1.
Go to hello.eventotron.com and click the Login / Sign Up button.

Step 2.
In the ‘New Users’ box enter your email address and choose a password then click ‘Register’.

Step 3.
Click on “Events’ then ‘Create a new event’.

Step 4.
You will be asked for the name of your event (this can be changed later).

Step 5.
On the next page, click on the ‘Add a Festival’ tab.

Step 6.
Scroll down to or search for ‘Feast Whakatū’ and click on ‘apply’.

Step 7: You will then be taken to our registration form.

The registration form collects all the information we need to promote and sell your event. We will be asking for descriptions and images to go with your entry, as well as the dates, times and prices for your tickets.

Work your way through the sections on the registration form. Eventotron will save your progress as you go so you can close the window and come back another day and your information won’t be lost.

You need to fill out all the sections so that the completion bar is full and you can ‘finalise’ your registration.

Once you ‘Finalise’ your event you won’t be able to amend details. If you have changes that need to be made, or need any support filling out the registration form, contact hello@feastwhakatu.nz
