WOMEN’S HEALTH- How training can help during your period ?
We want to help YOU succeed with your training & listening to your body. Ladies, we understand there are times in the month where you may feel less motivated than some and that is ok! At the end of the day, you need to listen to your body BUT also realise that if you are in your week before your period, you may want to focus on lifting lighter and just moving the body in a nice way rather than lifting as heavy as you can (save that for the following week!).
