Open Day: Connect Centre Pilates

Everyone is welcome!
If you’re interested in seeing what Traditional Pilates is and what it would be like to start a movement practice here at Connect Centre Pilates, then here is your opportunity!
We are having an Open Day to celebrate the studio and its members and to give the good folk of Tasman District the opportunity to see our beautiful studio and what we’re all about.
Are you confused about what Pilates actually is?
You see the word Pilates all over the place these days “Reformer Pilates, Fusion Pilates, Pilates on a paddle board!!”
At Connect Centre Pilates, we are classically trained Pilates teachers, we teach the traditional Pilates method, our classical equipment is hand-built and we are proud to teach Pilates as Mr. Joseph Pilates intended.
The space and energy created is one of vibrancy, focus, and fun – and it’s a place for transformation!
