As a chef on our team, you will need to offer the following skillset and provide sound knowledge of the below while using your creativity to offer appealing menu options.
Prepare, cook and serve food in accordance with menus ensuring a high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times according to agreed standards.
Assist in creating and develop menu concepts that strengthens our business ambitions.
Oversee the appropriate receiving, storage, and rotation of food.
Foster sound relationships with front of house staff and kitchen staff
Maintain kitchen equipment and plant in good condition.
There are minimal late nights and a small team to collaborate with.
You must be available to work either part time or full time during weekends and the busy times of the hospitality calendar.
