Due to a forthcoming Maternity Leave, we need someone who is a positive people person, is keen to build fantastic relationships and enjoys working with babies and little people. Car seats are a passion for us – you will receive oodles of training so you become confident, qualified and equally as passionate. Being physically fit is super important for installing car seats and also handling large volumes of stock.
Your daily role will involve serving customers and providing advice to help them navigate their journey with babies, toddlers and kids. You will be involved in processing, storing and displaying stock. You will use your great communication skills to converse with customers, suppliers, businesses and agencies in person, on the phone and social media. You will help with social media and educational content. You will get to attend car seat check events, ante natal classes and other events. You will help us maintain our beloved rental fleet – through bookings, maintenance and cleaning. No two days are the same – which keeps it super interesting and always evolving. Our team is small, we have a wonderful rapport and enjoy a positive and fun workplace culture.
The role is approx 35 hours per week – Monday to Saturday. You will have one week day rostered off. We are open some public holidays. You will receive heaps of training allowing you to constantly up-skill. Staff discounts available. Free car parking. This position will cover the hours of our team member on Maternity Leave, however for the right person we are keen to keep someone on permanently, full time.
