Barry Driver’s ‘Heart Songs’ on display at Wall to Wall Art Gallery
“The title Heart Songs allude to my gradual realisation that I typically produce my best work when I’m not actually trying – when I’ve managed to dumb-down my judging/careful mind and left my heart with the freedom simply to play.”
Barry always has several works in Wall to Wall, but the current selection comprises some of his largest yet and makes an imposing display as you step into the gallery.
These works are ‘survivors’ from his big solo exhibition in the McKee Gallery of Nelson’s Suter Art Gallery back in March.
Barry’s work will be featured in Wall to Wall Art Gallery at 112 Bridge Street, until June 11.
