Yep, sharpen your pencils, wet your paintbrushes, and colour code your felt tips – this is a drawing competition where the winning entries will be part of fresh new look for Selwyn Place (the homebase for Nelson City Taxis).
If you are 12 years of age or younger and live in Whakatū Nelson, we would love you to create a drawing inspired by our white and blue taxis.
An A4 is just fine, and you can use any drawing or painting style. Artworks should be handed in at Nelson Taxi depot at 27 Selwyn Place Nelson, or posted to Arts Council Nelson, PO Box 566 Nelson 7040, before 4th October 2024.
The best drawings will be exhibited and go in the draw to win art materials, movie vouchers and taxi vouchers.
