This concert at 2.30 p.m in the Cathedral is the musical highlight of the ANZAC Day commemorations in Nelson.
We present a broad range of songs with themes of love and loss, patriotism, heroism, defeat and longing for home.
We sing in Te Reo, Latin, Italian and English.
From Negro spirituals to Mozart, Verdi to Te Rangi Pai.
As an extra bonus our concert pianist accompanist Louis Lucas-Perry will also play a virtuoso solo piece.
We welcome the wonderful violinist Juliet Ayre as our guest soloist.
Our brilliant conductor Rosemary Galton gets to the heart of every song.
