Eight hundred smallholders from the Gedeo highlands — perched between 1800 and 2000 metres above sea level in Yirgacheffe — contribute their harvest to the Konga Washing Station. Naturally dried on raised beds. It’s a place with long memories for doing things the right way. No shortcuts.
What ends up in your cup is a bright and lively brew with blueberry, marmalade, and stewed apricot flavours. The kind of sweetness that has some backbone to it.
