We love seeing you in Nelson City, but we want to give you a quick heads up to help you avoid an unwelcome surprise during your visit!
As if local businesses haven’t dealt with enough headaches from the Bridge Street roadworks, parking wardens are currently out in full force along Collingwood Street. Please take extra care when parking. (Interestingly, they never seem quite as enthusiastic when drivers block our driveway while running in for coffee or groceries at FreshChoice!)
We’ve seen several loyal customers get caught out recently, whether for parking at FreshChoice to visit nearby shops, or for parking even slightly over the footpath in front of the store.

To keep you ticket free, here is how we can help:
Use our driveway: You are always welcome to park right here.
Our designated spot: Feel free to use the temporary customer parking space directly outside the shop. Just please ensure your vehicle is completely clear of the footpath to dodge the wardens!
If the endless roadworks, frustrating parking restrictions, and general CBD disruption are just getting to be too much, remember you can skip the hassle entirely. You can always shop online via our website or give us a ring, and we will always be happy to pack your order or assist over the phone.
