A real milestone this week. The first foundations were poured at the hotel site.
Around 30 concrete trucks rolled through to deliver 165 cubic metres of concrete, covering roughly two thirds of the hotel’s foundations. The whole pour was done before lunch, and the timelapse shows just how quickly the crew moved.
It’s exciting to reach this point after months of careful planning and coordination with many local consultants and trades.
Next week the first tilt slab panels go up, and that’s when the building really starts to take shape above ground.
