    Established in 2011, the Collective was the first of its kind in Nelson and we are the winner of the 2012 Emerging Business Award.

    WHAT IS COWORKING AND WHAT DO WE OFFER?
    Coworking is sharing a collective work space with other small business, freelancers, and remote workers.

    It’s about the culture of working alongside others—even if you don’t actually work together.

    Here at the Collective, we rent open-plan desk spaces and self-contained offices—with drop-in, casual and permanent membership options available.

    We also rent our meeting room by the hour or by the day, provide unlimited tea and coffee, complimentary blog posts, social media plugs, regular events and meetups, 24/7 keycard access for full-time members, and more….

    And, if you just need a desk for a few hours, we can provide you with that, too!

    Kirby Lane is Nelson’s open-air community space in the heart of the city. It is available to hire for public and private functions and events.

    Our space is open Monday-Saturday for the public to stop by, hang out, and relax. It’s a place to interact with others and meet new people—or to simply get out of the office and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine!

    Grab a coffee or a bite to eat. Stop by and enjoy taking a moment to relax in the heart of our beautiful city.
