Bowater Motor Group Origin Story

If you haven’t seen this newspaper clipping from 1945 it really is at the heart of the Bowater Motors origin story. It marks the grand opening of the automotive business on the 28th September in 1945. That’s 74 years ago and 5 generations of the Bowater family. The 4th generation are now part of the story day to day. And what a great story. Still going strong. Still a family owned business. Still delivering fantastic service.
