Here’s my second favourite thing… A large hand-carved Buddha head (wall mounted). I bought this about 12 years ago as I was in the process of separation and realised I didn’t actually own anything particularly special that I’d bought for myself. It has been a symbol of calm for me ever since, through all of the downs and ups that followed.
When choosing this sculpture, there were two very similar ones, but like all artworks, it was this one that chose me. As I often say in the gallery, let art decisions be lead by the heart. To this day that philosophy has never let me down! ❤️
