After you purchase your gift certificate, we will contact you directly to get the recipient’s name, email address, and any personal message you would like to include. We’ll then email the recipient with their e-gift certificate including all information they need to redeem it (redeemable online or in our flagship Nelson store).
If you would prefer a physical copy of the gift certificate, we can arrange to courier it to you or the recipient. Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
