We are looking for a dedicated and vibrant person who has:
A passion for working in a client service environment
Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing
Strong administration and computer skills
The ability to use initiative, prioritise workflow and multi-task
Xero and XPM experience would be advantageous
An outgoing personality, honesty, integrity and a sense of humour
Great communication and desire to work as part of a team
Key responsibilities for this varied role include:
Management of firm accounts payable, and receivable including daily bank reconciliation
Liaising with suppliers and account holders
Adhoc support and reporting to Finance Director as required
Companies and Trusts records and administration
Varied administration, reception and general office duties as required
This varied role will be part time, approximately 25-30 hours with the possibility of full time in the future. Hours to suit are negotiable with the successful candidate.
