Exercise has differing impact on levels of dopamine reliant on how much someone subjectively enjoys that exercise.
Eg. If you love running you wil get 2x dopamine increase above baseline. If you hate it, you won’t get the same hit.
THIS MEANS, find an exercise you LOVE (like F45 😉) and you will get the best dopamine hit, regardless of the movement itself.
