Meet Philomena…’Phil’… our new French made Bongard dough mixer. At 110ltrs we can mix a mind boggling 50 kilos of flour in one go (100 plus of our giant pizzas) and Phil is going to make our dough mixing life a whole lot easier. Sitting next to Phil is ‘Bakery Bernie’ who will no doubt be looking forward to taking a break. Come and try out the new mix…open for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Saturday.
