While in red traffic light mode we are able to provide the following services:
– Install car seats purchased on the day
– Install hires collected on the day
When installing, nobody can be in the car, the space in your car must be both clean and clear and we ask you kindly keep a distance of 2 metres at all times.
To protect both our customers (which includes very new babies, parents, grandparents, siblings and wider families) and our very small team, our reinstallation services are on hold.
As dedicated car seat enthusiasts who have children of our own we understand how important it is for everyone to get the assistance they need so we are offering contactless appointments where we are able to advise you how to reinstall your car seat.
