Meet the lovely Jasmin.
Jasmin started the new year off joining our 3x weekly membership.
Only 2 weeks in, she’s gone from always feeling pain in her back when laying flat on the floor with legs long….to no pain!
This experience of relief and freedom of movement is a direct result of consciously moving the pelvis, using the abdominal muscles AND the back muscles.
And things only get better from here….strong and mobile bodies can do fun things!
