Jingjing participated in a Podcast interview last week (more details to be revealed?).
In the end I was asked if I could say something to people who just lost their loved ones. The Chinese side of me is not good in expressing love through speech. I said I probably would go to visit the person, maybe bringing some plants/food and offering my presence, instead of saying something.
Then I came home. I thought of the question again. Even though everyone copes with loss differently, I would say grief is the price of love. Grief will go away one day but love will always still be there. The powerful love we experienced becomes part of us. And the only way to keep this love alive is to keep giving out love.
