Paper Plus Nelson Celebrates 35 Five Years In Business

On Tuesday 15 November 1988, Paper Plus Nelson opened its doors for the very first time…

Since then, store Directors David & Sue Moir and Sean & Jill Weir have gone from strength to strength, with the move to Trafalgar Street, and the addition of New Zealand Post being some of the highlights.

35 years later, with a couple of location changes, financial crises and even a pandemic… Here we are still going strong.

The commercial stationery department and back to school stationery programme, both run by David’s daughter Liv Moir, have grown immensely in recent years, a lot of which is due to the support of the local school and business communities.

“Thank you to all our wonderful customers supporting us over the years, and also the incredible staff we have had the pleasure of working with along the way. We quite literally couldn’t have done it without you all”.
