A new look is coming for the commercial building on the Selwyn Place-side of MORRISON. The current uninviting wall on the street will be replaced with a modern, open facade with windows to bring in the light.

MORRISON is set to redefine the former square with a bold transformation of the existing south-side building.
What stands today as a modest two-level structure will be reimagined into a striking, three-storey destination—virtually unrecognisable from its current form.
The ground floor will be home to purpose-built retail spaces, with flexibility for new brands to Nelson, vibrant pop-ups and incubator concepts. Above, two levels of modern office space will create a hub for businesses.
