Rev up for one of the region’s most exciting events on two wheels – The Nelson Tasman Motorcycle Festival returns with an even bigger line up this year 🏍️
Women’s Adventure Ride – 25 April 🏍️
Kicking things off ahead of the festival weekend is a dedicated women’s-only adventure ride around the St Arnaud area. This inclusive event offers a supportive environment for riders of all levels, covering a mix of gravel, forestry and farm tracks—complete with lead and sweep riders.
The Nelson Tasman Motorcycle Festival is on 9–10 May 2026. 🏍️Expect epic riding experiences across gravel roads, forestry tracks and backcountry terrain, with both road and adventure riders taking part in guided routes throughout Nelson Tasman.
Open Day at Founders Heritage Park 🏍️

On Saturday 9 May, all roads lead to Founders Heritage Park for a vibrant community open evening from 4.30pm. With bikes rolling in from across the region, there’ll be:
• Static displays and a wide range of motorcycles
• Vendors, food trucks and entertainment
• A great family-friendly atmosphere
• Fundraising support for the Nelson Marlborough Rescue Helicopter
